INGREDIENTS
1.5 Tablespoons of Cumin Seeds
1 Tablespoon of Cardamom/Cardamon Seeds
1 Teaspoon of Cloves
1 Teaspoon of Black Peppercorns
2 Medium Sized Cinnamon Sticks
METHOD
Step 1 : Get all your spices ready.
Step 2 : Add the whole spices into a pan and roast them for 1-2 Minutes. Roast on low-medium heat. Be careful not to burn the spices. Roasting brings out the wonderful aroma of the spices.
Step 3 : Let the spices cool down.
Step 4 : Add the spices into a herb grinder or a blender. If you are using a blender make sure your blender has a grinding function before grinding.
Step 5 : Grind to the desired texture/smoothness.
Step 6 : Store in a jar and keep it in a cool place.
